Silversea launched its first ship in 1994, thus creating a new niche for the ultra-luxury travel market with a class of smaller, purpose-built vessels that could slip into more exotic ports off the beaten path.
Nous avons développé un Point of Sale spécifique pour les bateaux de la flotte. Il est employé pour les caisses des boutiques, des spas et des excursions. L’application mobile fonctionne en mode dégradée avec un support serveur local afin de remonter les informations lorsque la connexion internet le permet.
Nous avons créé un système de réservation de restaurant qui propose une interface au client mais aussi au personnel affecté à une cabine. L’outil permet d’anticiper en amont des croisières la réservation des restaurant pendant le séjour mais aussi de pouvoir modifier les réservations en cours. L’outil propose plus de fonctionnalités en back office pour optimiser l’expérience client liée à d’autres systèmes de réservations.
Lié au système de réservations de restaurants, nous avons étendu le sujet aux équipes de chaque restaurant mais aussi aux cuisines. Lorsque la commande est prise, un ordonnancement de préparation de plats permet d’optimiser l’expérience client et l’organisation de la cuisine.
Ces systèmes d’informations liés entre eux permettent d’avoir une meilleure visibilité sur les réservations et par conséquent les ressources physiques et humaines à affecter en amont et pendant les croisières.
